Scott Fines spent his young life growing up in a lumberyard and working in all aspects of the business while working for his parents; starting from sweeping floors up to completing house take-offs and estimates. After getting his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Dalhousie University, Scott worked in commercial and heavy civil construction as a Designer and Project Manager. In this position Scott was in charge of designing and organizing jobs up to $30 million ensuring they were done on budget, time and within their scope. While completing these projects Scott was working on renovating and flipping his own houses getting a lot of hands on experience. As the owner of Fines Home Hardware Building Centre, Scott is frequently working with homeowners in designing their new homes while keeping their budgets and wish lists, top of mind. With Scott�s background and certification�s he is able to give you the advise and guidance right on the spot so that you can come up with the best house for you and your family.
