My name is Jeff Simser and I am the Beaver homes and cottages consultant at the Magnetawan Home Hardware Building Centre. The process of home building has long been a major part of my work experience. I have been involved in all aspects of construction from footings to finishings. For the past 8 years it has been my pleasure to assist homeowners and contractors in estimating and organizing their construction projects. Magnetawan Home Hardware Building Centre was established in 1969 in downtown Magnetawan
As a full line hardware and building supply from the our inception, we have been selling homes and
cottages for over forty years, and fifteen of those Beaver Homes and Cottage packages .
Approximately eight years ago Jeff Simser joined our sales team bringing with him extensive
knowledge from the home building industry and is now our primary Package Sales Consultant.
Our staff can provide you with all the knowledge and advice needed to complete your project on time
and on budget whether your building a garage package or your new dream home.
