Smitty's Home Hardware and Building Center has been serving Pembroke, Petawawa, and the rest of the Ottawa Valley at this location for over 40 years. Formerly a Beaver Lumber store, Smitty's began under it's current name in 1998, and we have since grown through 2 major expansion to our current 5 acre facility, with over 50,000 square feet of indoor retail and lumber storage. Smitty's has been offering the Beaver Homes and Cottages program to our customers since it's inception in 1980s and have helped hundred of families just like yours build their dream home or cottage. We have two expert Beaver Homes and Cottages consultants with combined experience of over 50 years in the industry to guide you through every step of the process.

Joe is an industry veteran - he has been offering Beaver Homes and Cottages to our customers since its inception in the 1980s, and has a vast knowledge of construction and home building. Born and raised in Fort Coulonge, he is fully bilingual. Joe also seems to know everybody - he has excellent relationships with local trades and building inspectors. Joe is always excited to take on that next challenge and bring his clients vision to reality.
